PESU plastic corrugated products are made with high-quality polypropylene. The materials is used in many industry sectors, such as automotive, construction, printing, logistics, phamaceutial, and retail, etc. PESU’s plastic corrugated products factory was established in 2011, and are available in a large varity of colors, thicknesses, sizes, and weights.

Thickness

PESU corrugated plastic sheet can be produced in thickness between 1.5 to 12mm. We can advise you on what thickness to choose depending on the purpose of use. Size PESU corrugated plastic sheet are available in many sizes. The length can be as long as required. The width is limited to 2100cm.

Raw Materials

We can use 100% virgin polypropylee to produce your sheets. Another option is to let us recycle up to 20% of our internally regenerated polypropylene.

Fire-retardant Sheets

A fire-retardanet version of PESU corrugated plastic sheet is available. Please let us know the fire rating you require, and we will produce the sheets accordingly.

UV Protection

PESU corrugated plastic sheet can be produced with a UV protectant. This will extend the life of the sheets and their print work when exposed to the sun.

Weight

The Weight of PESU corrugated plastic sheet is expressed in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher you choose your GSM, the stronger and stiffer the material will be.

Color

Our customers can choose any color for the sheets or printed artwork. Just tell us what you need, and we can provide you with a sample.

Custom Printing

PESU corrugated plastic sheets layer pads can be supplied with high-resolution, full-color printing. Send us your design, and we can directly print it onto the sheets in our factory.

Puncture resistance

We can supply our corrugated plastic sheets layer pads in any requested puncture resistance grade. Just let us know the PR you require, and we will supply the product including a test report.

PESU POLYPROYLENE CORRUGATED SHEETS come in a variety of options:
Standard – Used in general protection applications. Standard board sizes are 2440mm x 1220mm. Available colours can be customized.

Door Size – PESU polyproylene corrugated sheets can be ordered in standard door size panels (1000mm x 2000mm) or in a wider grade (1500mm x 2000mm) to suit internal partition doors.
